Company History:

After graduating gunsmithing school in Colorado, and making a mild departure from numerous years in cnc job-shops, Mike Irwin took advantage of an opportunity to do design work on a new bolt action receiver for a well know custom rifle builder in South Carolina.  While the bolt action design proved successful and is still in use today, Mike Irwin was effectively "ruined for life".

After moving back home to Kentucky and to feed the firearm passion, Custom Shooting Technologies, Inc. was founded in January 2002 to forward innovative and quality shooting products to the firearm industry.  Mike Irwin heads up CST with over 28 years of precision machining and gunsmithing experience, and the desire to offer the finest firearm products possible.
