Ryan McMillan enlisted in the Navy in 2000. As a Navy Seal, he deployed to Mosul and Baghdad Iraq, Colombia and Paraguay as well as working in Afghanistan, Pakistan, Korea and others. In 2007, he co-founded McMillan Firearms Manufacturing before it was sold in late 2013. He has a degree in Physics and minor in Computational Mathematics from Arizona State University. Ryan is the co-founder and President of Grayboe.

Gregg Arthur enlisted in the USMC in 1965, served with the 1st Bn 26th Marines in Vietnam 1966/67, the 3rd battalion 28th Marines and finished his enlistment with the 24th Marines 4th Marine Division in 1971. He attended college at LCC lansing and Michigan State University. Gregg has had a diversified career in Retail, Wholesale, Manufacturing and Television and Motion Picture Production. He has been involved in the firearms industry since 1978 as a private label manufacturer of firearms cleaning products. He developed the revolutionary recoil device for the 50 caliber sniper rifle in use today by McMillan Firearms Manufacturing. Gregg is a Co-Founder of Grayboe.
